Why We Do what We Do
Passion for the Sport of Rodeo & Love for Our Community
Passion for the sport of rodeo and the love for our community is what started the Range War Rodeo. Our goals are to keep rodeo alive and growing in our area by giving contestants opportunities to compete and hone their talents while giving the community great events to celebrate our rich heritage together.
Promoting tourism by showing visitors all that our region has to offer and giving them a taste of Wyoming’s oldest, most vibrant sport is also an area we are very focused on.
With another goal of becoming Buffalo’s first professional rodeo in the years to come, we are building the strong foundation needed to grow into a premier event.
